I purchased this clock for hubby with Parkinson’s who has some short term memory issues. Already I can say it’s far superior than any other clock. It was quick and simple to set up and it’s very easy to amend reminders. I had tried another clock but hubby was ‘zoning out’ the alarms and still missing meds. This one is easily changes including a voice message from me…. Yes, it’s expensive… but I feel I wasted money trying the cheaper one first.

We purchased 2 of these to assist ageing parent during power outages.
Having tested the power outage light it provides sufficient light to be able to assist in finding way around room/s and find other stronger light sources.
The low level night light has proven to be valuable when getting up through the night and using bathroom, etc providing enough light without ruining night vision.

i wanted some light to help with my crafting projects and this delivers. Easy to charge and light to wear, the lights illuminate my tapestry work wonderfully. i find that I can enjoy my hobby longer now, and it's easier to see where to place the stitches. I have used the garden kneeler once and found it very useful. Having a stable frame that can carry my wait and it prevented me from a loss of balance whilst potting a plant is really good. I can use my arms to lift myself up off the ground and is designed to sit on it as well. I am very happy with my purchase and it was delivered already assembled.

It was a very pleasant surprise to discover just how good these salt and pepper grinders are. They are easy to hold and operate and it is surprising as to the generous amount of salt and pepper that is dispensed with just a brief light touch of the button. Having the light illuminating the output is also helpful. These are the best salt and pepper grinders that I have ever had.....and I hope that they have a long and happy life! The grinders come with a clear acrylic tray to store them securely and everything is easy to keep clean. One of the reasons that I chose these particular grinders is that they can be disassembled and the salt/pepper container part can be hand washed and thoroughly dried in between refills. The initial charging process via USB took around 90 minutes and the instructions advise that this should last for about 3 months.
My order of these grinders arrived in 3 days and I have been very pleased with the whole process of dealing with The Independence Shop.

Purchased two of these lights, for my mother, to provide necessary illumination on her stairs at night. They are a great size, incredibly easy to install and we love the various brightness/hue options. Christian and the team were very prompt and helpful to get the product to us quickly. They work well, do what they should do. So much easier to use than manual grinders, especially with arthritic fingers. Let’s hope they last.

This mat works well on my tiles. I have tried other mats but found they slipped even with tape. This stays in place and feels great to walk on. A good, safe purchase.

Small things make a great difference to the independence of people with a disability. This is certainly true of a simple, but most effective object - a door bell that alerts with a bright flashing light - which is also portable. An excellent well priced product, shipped in a timely and efficient way.

A brilliant neck light. The only feature that I feel is missing is the ability to lock the buttons so that it isn’t switched on accidentally when it’s in my project bag.
