Order information: When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you that is reasonably necessary for the invoicing and delivery of your items, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including debit and credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. When requesting an invoice for NDIS or for purchases through the NDIA-managed plans, we ask for additional information such as your participant number, and where relevant, plan manager contact information required for us to effectively fulfil the order. The information collected also includes your shopping information such as the items you put into your cart and customer support information that you choose to include in communication with us. This information is referred to as “Order Information”.
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments (PCI compliant), who handle your provided credit or debit card information, ensuring a secure purchase. This means that we do not have access to your credit card or debit card number and this is handled securely by Shopify Payments.
Personal information: When we refer to "Personal Information" in the Privacy Policy, this means both Device Information and Order Information. The types of personal information we obtain about you depends on how you interact with our Site and our Services.
Use of Your Personal Information
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil orders placed through our Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services via email.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to:
