FAQs

When is the invoice due?

We hold your items for 14 days from the invoice date to make sure we have it ready for you. However, there is no obligation to pay an invoice, it can be used just for quote purposes.

How long until I receive my order?

Once payment is received by bank transfer, we are automatically notified. We will send your items on the same or next business day.

If you would prefer, you can send us a screenshot of the payment remittance by email. In some cases, this may be a little faster.
