Invoice request and NDIA order form below

Would you like a Tax Invoice (quote) for an NDIS participant, Support at Home program, or just prefer to pay by bank transfer? No problem! Please enter the relevant details below and we'll email out your request within the business day.

With the form below you can request:

Invoices for NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants
Orders for NDIA-managed participants
Invoices for Support at Home programs
Invoices for Insurance Claims
General invoices

We hold your items for 30 days from the invoice date to make sure we have it ready for you and will ship your order as soon as we receive the payment. However, there is no obligation to pay an invoice, it can be used just for quotation purposes only.

Note: All purchases made from our online store are automatically issued with a Tax Invoice upon purchase.

Invoicing FAQs

What happens after I submit the form?

We'll send you an email with the invoice (quote) request on the same business day. We will also send a copy of NDIA order requests. If you haven't heard from us within one business day, something is amiss. Please check your junk emails just in case.

If you have not received your request on the same business day, please call us and we will action your request for you.

When is an invoice due?

We hold your items for 30 days from the invoice date to make sure we have it ready for you. However, there is no obligation to pay an invoice, it can be used just for quote purposes.

How long until I receive my order?

Once payment is received by bank transfer, we are automatically notified. We will send your items on the same or next business day.

If you would prefer, you can send us a screenshot of the payment remittance by email. In some cases, this may be a little faster.
