The Shower Stool "Tom" is of no exception. Rather than the typical plastic stool for a shower, "Tom" is made from high quality polypropylene reinforced with fibreglass.

Polypropylene is a thermoplastic that is resistant to heat and chemicals. It retains colour and can withstand exposure from the sun, to chlorine and detergents.

Fibreglass reinforcement enhances the strength and stiffness of the shower stool. Plastic shower stools lack this quality and are unable to safely hold a weight of up to 150kgs. Over time, plastic shower stools can become brittle.
